Kelly – Founder & Accounts Manager

(AKA – Spreadsheet Wizard & Efficiency Extraordinaire)

With 5 years of experience in a family-owned Sunshine Coast construction business specializing in steel frames, Kelly has mastered the art of keeping projects (and people) in line.

Known as the Spreadsheet Queen, she can make Excel do backflips while ensuring every material order is spot on.

She’s also the glue that holds the team together—keeping everyone motivated, focused, and on track (usually with a spreadsheet involved).

Kelly is excited about the FrameIQ journey and is here to prove that behind every great construction project is an even greater spreadsheet.

Jeremy – Production Manager

(AKA – The Bolt Whisperer & Build Perfectionist)

With 20 years of experience in the shed and house building game, Jeremy is basically a walking encyclopedia of screws, bolts, and engineering connections.

For 15 years, he owned and ran a trusted shed-building business across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, earning a reputation for his eagle-eyed attention to detail and his unwavering commitment to doing things right the first time.

If there’s a bolt out of place, Jeremy will spot it from a mile away—possibly with one eyebrow raised. He’s the guy who makes sure every structure isn’t just built to code, but built to his code.

Peter – Installation Coordinator 

(AKA – The Building Veteran & Resident Jokester)

With somewhere between 30 and 40 years of experience (he’s stopped counting), Peter has built everything from houses and sheds to patios and just about anything else you can swing a hammer at.

Known for his friendly, approachable nature, Peter’s the guy who can chat with anyone—whether it’s about construction plans or last night’s footy game. Fair warning: he’ll probably crack an inappropriate joke on site, but hey, that’s just part of his charm.

When Peter’s around, you know the job’s getting done right—and you’ll have a good laugh along the way.

Kirsty – Detailer

(AKA – Detail Queen & No-Nonsense Planner)

With 8 years of experience in the shed and house building sector, Kirsty is the go-to expert for precision and clarity.

Known for her sharp attention to detail and her no-BS attitude, she’ll spot an error on a plan faster than Peter can tell a bad joke (and no, Peter, she doesn’t want to hear it).

Kirsty not only reads plans with laser focus but can now detail them herself using FrameCAD Structure, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Straightforward, efficient, and always on point—that’s Kirsty.

Luke – Installation Lead

(AKA – Steel Wizard & Fact Machine)

With 10 years of experience in steel shed and house frames, Luke is basically a steel-bending superhero. He can cut, bend, and drill steel like it’s a walk in the park—no metal is safe around him.

Luke’s not just about getting the job done; he’s also a walking encyclopedia of random facts (ask him anything, and you’ll probably learn something).

When he’s not turning steel into art, he’s motivating and teaching young workers how to do things the right way. Efficiency? Check. Fun facts? Always. Luke’s here to make sure the job’s done fast, right, and with a side of trivia!
