What is Frame iQ?
Frame iQ is a Sunshine Coast-based steel framing company specialising in providing high-quality, pre-engineered steel frames for residential and commercial projects, kit homes and sheds. Using the latest FrameCAD roll forming technology, we partner with builders and owner builders to deliver frames that are easy to install and high quality.
What areas do you service?
We serve QLD and Northern NSW for supply only and the Sunshine Coast region for supply and installation, covering areas from Gympie to Caboolture. Contact us to find out more about delivery and installation options.
Do you provide custom designs for steel frames?
Yes, we offer custom steel frame designs to suit your project’s specific needs. You can provide us with architectural plans, or you can collaborate with our in-house architectural designer to create a design from scratch. We ensure the design meets your expectations before moving forward with manufacturing.
How are the frames delivered?
Our frames are delivered prefabricated for quick on site installation. A HIAB crane truck, which ensures safe and efficient unloading at your site. We will discuss transport requirements for your project and suggest the most suitable option.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we provide installation services for our steel frames within the Gympie to Caboolture area. Our team can install, floor systems, wall frames, roof trusses or rafters plus roof and ceiling battens.
How do you ensure the quality of your frames?
We use FrameCAD’s advanced roll forming machine to manufacture all our frames, ensuring high precision and consistency in every frame. Each frame is checked using 3D models to ensure all sizing, opening positions and connection details are correct. We also offer a structural engineering check for compliance with local building codes.
Do your frames meet local building regulations?
Yes, all of our FrameCAD steel frames comply with local Sunshine Coast, Queensland and NSW building regulations. We take care of the engineering checks and will provide you with the necessary Form 15 certification for your steel frame, ensuring the frames meet all safety and compliance standards.
